After 15 years of operation, replacing lost Certificates is now a full time job role for one person at the Academy. Nationally Recognised Qualifications are legal documents, thus any claim for a replacement is subject to thorough checking. Students must supply their correct current physical postal address, required qualification replacement and month and year of qualification completion. You may be required to answer questions in relation to your study, as many people claim they have lost qualifications but they did not study at the Australian Security Academy. Some are confused by similar name of RTO’s and others are fraudulently trying it on. Questions will relate to your mode of study, who your instructor assessor was and how and where assessment took place.
